Instagram for Idiots

I've had an iPhone for a loooong time and have had instagram but never used it properly... like as a social networking tool.  I'm somewhat of a social networking idiot.  I've got "the facebook" (that's what I imagine an idiot calling it) , I've got "the twitter" (@katesmomjeans), now i've got "the instagram".  Hit me up, I'm KDCG.
